How To Be Your Friends Best Friend Ever
Facebook helps you keep in contact with your friends.
FlickR helps you share your pictures with freinds and the world.
Skype helps you talk to your friends, family and business contacts for free anywhere in the world.
FlickR, Facebook and Skype are just 3 examples of a Web2.0 application.
These such applications change lives.
It's possible you use all 3 of the above Web 2.0 applications.
But then again maybe you don't.
Perhaps you just use 1 or 2 of them.
But it's unlikely you have never heard of any them.
So, how did you hear of these applications?
I don't know.
But what I do know is personally I originally heard of FlickR, Facebook and Skype from friends.
And, THAT SUCKED!
I want to be first with the life-changing news!
I want to be the provider not just another receiver.
And I am certain you would have loved to be the first person in you're group of friends to say something like:
"Guys and girls, your attention please. There is this thing that allows you to call anyone anywhere in the world - for absolutely nothing. Zilch. Zippo. FREE! It's called Skype. You've never heard of it before. But you will be hearing about it more and more in the future. But you heard about it first from me. Yes. That's right. While you may have previously suspected that I am your coolest friend - now you know for sure. So. Go join the Skype revolution. And be on your way knowing that I was your personal pioneer who pointed you in the right direction."
How cool would you look?
Very.
To your friends you wouldn't just be "another friend".
No.
Absolutely not!
You would be the messenger of revolutionary news.
You would be their pioneer.
And without doubt their coolest friend ever.
But the past is in the past.
Opportunities only exist in the future.
